Rules

1. Eligibility
Central Station Employees are ineligible to purchase tickets

2. Raffle Entry
Ticket Purchase: Raffle tickets can be purchased at Central Station Community Centre
Entry Deadline: All entries must be received by 12 pm on September 5th.
Entry Confirmation: Each purchased ticket will receive a ticket stub with the ticket number

3. Prize Details
The prize is a custom Playhouse donated by Grandeur valued at $6500.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.Delivery of the Playhouse is limited to a 150 km radius from Winkler. Any delivery outside this radius will incur additional charges, which will be the responsibility of the winner.
The winner is responsible for any site preparation required for the installation of the Playhouse.
The Playhouse is donated with no warranty offered by Grandeur.
Any craning expenses necessary for the delivery of the Playhouse are the responsibility of the winner. No Substitutions: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash or other items.

4. Winner Selection
Drawing Time: The raffle draw will occur at 3 pm on September 5th.
Notification: The winner will be notified via phone and email within 24 hours of the draw.

5. Prize Conditions
Location Requirement: The delivery area must be clear and free of obstructions for delivery. 
Delivery: If the site is deemed unsuitable, the winner will forfeit the prize, and a new winner will be selected.

6. Claiming the Prize:
Response Time: The winner must respond within 7 days of notification to claim the prize.
Delivery Schedule: Delivery will be scheduled within 45 days of the winner's confirmation.
Failure to Claim: If the winner does not respond within the specified period, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected.

7. Publicity:
Consent: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow the Central Station Community Centre and Grandeur Housing to use their name, photo, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
