How to Make Your Food Cupboard Appointment

Before you can make an appointment online for the first time you must talk to a staff member at Central Station who will ask for your email address and give you a password. You will not be able to change the password. If you lose the password you will have to talk to a staff member to reset it for you. 

Important: First-Time Users

Before you can make an appointment online for the first time, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Central Station Staff. Speak with a staff member at Central Station.Provide your email address to the staff member.
2. Receive Your Password. The staff member will give you a password. Note: You will not be able to change this password yourself.
3. Password Assistance. If you lose your password, you will need to contact a staff member to reset it for you.

Note: The online system is only available to users who have already completed their intake and had their first appointment. Once you have your password, you can follow the steps below to make an appointment online.

Visit the Website

1. Go to winklercentralstation.ca/food-cupboard.
- Login

2. Click the "Log In" button.
- Add Appointment

3. Select "Add Food Cupboard Appointment".
- Select Date

4. Choose the date for your appointment.
- Select Time Slot


5. Select the hour time slot you want to book. Note: Some time slots may be full - Select Minute Slot.

6. Choose the minute time slot. If no appointments are available in the hour time slot, it will show 0 appointments available.

7. Request a Ride (Optional)
- Check the box if you need a ride to Central Station (rides home are not requested here).
- If you need a ride, enter how many adults and children are coming with you.
- You may also select the option for a car seat.

8. Save Changes

9. Click "Save Changes".
- If your ride request is acceptable, your request will be saved.
- If not, a red text will appear asking you to select a new time slot.
